The ‘Reports’ tab in the Partner Portal holds key reports to help you stay on top of the program information that is important to you, in real time. Lively’s approach is to provide you with the same information that we see and to provide it live.
Navigate to the 'Reports' tab.
Select 'Community-based'.
Select a date range you wish to review.
Each tab contains more analysis of the program activities.
Stories: Session notes highlighted by Helpers as stories of progress with their members.
Locations: Summary stats for each location where a program has been running. Select the 'Dive in' button for a location to view the detailed analysis of activity, attendance and attendee demographic and popular session topics.
Attendees: An overview of attendees demographics, along with popular topics discussed at sessions. Attendee data is exportable to compare with your own booking systems.
Use the filters on each chart to adjust the period or unit. For instance, you may wish to view a 30-day period broken down by week, or a 12-month period by month.
Please note that these reports are not currently exportable (with the exception of the attendee data). However, Lively provides an end of year report in a format that can be shared.
Lively values working closely with you to solve issues and jump on opportunities together sooner. Your dedicated Matching Coordinator will arrange for touchpoint meetings each month to review the overall progress of the program together, make future plans and resolve any issues.
Before each meeting, you will receive an email with:
A link to the agenda document
Initial notes from your Matching Coordinator
A link to the Activity report on the Partner Portal
An invitation for you to add any items you intend to discuss.
During the meeting, the agenda typically revolves around:
Program activity progress (stories, attendance, incidents and improvements)
Further opportunities to promote the program
Anything else that has come up.
After the meeting, the Matching Coordinator will tidy up the minutes and share back to confirm shared actions for next time.
Lively collects data from our attendees to track the impact of our programs. We do this in the following ways:
Helpers collect attendance at all sessions, including the following basic demographic information about attendees:
Date of birth
Postcode
Gender
Language spoken at home
Email and phone
Helpers collect a baseline survey when attendees first arrive.
Helpers request attendees complete a follow-up survey at the end of their final session. This will also be emailed directly to attendees following the conclusion of the program.
Survey data will be shared with you in our final report at the conclusion of our program together, in the form of infographics and raw data, while attendance data will be visible to you live in the Partner Portal.
Privacy: We notify respondents that data will be shared with just Lively and you the partner; and we also share aggregated/anonymised data with Lively’s funders and impact reporting. We never sell personal data.
