After Lively's Partnerships Manager has formalised our agreement with your organisation, we will set up a meeting to introduce you to a designated coordinator from our Matching team, who will be your day-to-day contact. At this meeting we will:
Set up a regular monthly meeting with your Matching Coordinator to check in on progress (if the program will last for longer than a month).
Provide a formal onboarding to the following systems and processes to relevant team members whom you wish to invite:
Submitting requests for services or a program
Viewing session schedule
Billing
Tracking progress
Incident reporting and management
We will set up your main contact as a user on our Partner Portal, where they will be prompted to fill out the organisation's details:
Add any other team members who need access to make requests or see member info.
Add local resources.
Add a shared inbox email or email for the person for our Matching team to correspond with.
Financial information for billing.
Contact email for incidents.
